my apologies if this has been posted, didn't read thru all the posts but what did you come home with?
 
I have one Competition cutter with black linen bolsters and liners and black burlap scales from Shadetree.
 
I think he had a Camp Cutter, a couple of Nessmuks, a Hiking Buddy, one of the Steak Knives, and maybe a couple more when he came home. Since then, the non-Blade crowd has picked him clean! I think he even had a Bushfinger left, and some sorry sucker called him real early the morning after Blade and bought it out from under me! ;) Wish I'd thought of that...I'm calling you at 1AM next year, Andy!
 
No, wait, I'm supposed to be going to BLADE myself, next year! I'll just pick up my loot in person.
 
Don't be bitter, bro. I'll post so many pictures of the Bushfinger in use, it might even feel like you're there.
 
Can't wait to see the Bushfinger pics, MHill, might have to bribe ya' and try to see it in person being that we're in the same part of the country.

Lol, I think it was like 1:00 am Saturday morning when I texted him about the Hiking Buddy I got. I just couldn't get it out of my head. I was surprised I got an answer, mainly I was making sure it was on his phone when he woke up :) , but then it was Blade...

lol! For me, think next year I'll actually look for a proxy a little earlier than 12 hours before blade ends! All of Mistwalker's photos broke me down!
 
I put up the competition cutter today guys.
