Any Buck fans?

I put a zip tie nub (wave mod) on a Vantage small. It's one of my favorite knives.

Yep, I love me some Buck Knives. Classic American cutlery. I have a 110 and 112, love them both. I'll be getting the 830 Marksman next - that strap lock is awesome. 154CM steel, too. The Buck forum is cool, check it out.

Yup, head on to the Buck forum. General Knife Discussion is the Spyderco, Kershaw and Benchmade forum.

The Buck forum is definitely a unique community. Go and check it out. I have a bunch of 110's, a 119, a 102, and a lot of their budget models, here's one of my favorites.

I like Buck, but a lot of their knives are hollow ground (not my preference) and use 420HC (again, not my favourite). I do carry a 110 or 112 from time to time, and a couple of their slipjoints.

I have lots of cool knives (to me anyhow) and find myself carrying the 110 the most. Just something about it. One day I will order one with finger groves, nickel bolsters, S30V blade, and Asian water buffalo scales from the custom shop.

I love Buck knives, and the Buck 110 is my designated truck folding knife that I never go anywhere with out while driving my truck.

Bucks are among my favorite brand, those with Ats34 Bos H/T are IMO the very best. Anyone who likes Buck Knives must own at least one Leroy Remer custom Bucks. Or Stone Knife Works. They both modify bucks and several sell into the high thousands. Certainly pick one up if you look hard $300 or so. The 110-112 s are great choices to modify. Also IMO the Buck 882 strider is top notch. The rough top edge is unique, and the ATS 34 / bos is second to none. Photo #1 is a rare 882 trainer, which i profiled into a workable knife. The Sterling inlay Mountain Lion is a one off in honor of this.

Also have a 112 & a few lockbacks. These were made in Ca. before the moved. Gary

You can't go wrong with a 110 or 112. Most of us started off with those as our first folders. I love my crosslock that I picked up back in 1997. Although I don't carry it much anymore I pull it out to flick it open once in a while. The action on that thing is soo smooth. I've gifted several to family members and they love them. My Brother has a received a Rose Wood Alpha Hunter and 110 auto conversion. My Father was gifted two Rose Wood 500 Duke's alonge with a Zipper for dressing game.
