I'll be there bright and early on Saturday. Bug out by noon. (Or longer if I find something I need - stupid slow NICS checks.)

Who else is goin? I'll probably have my SAR Warden on, but you won't see it unless it's real cool. Plus my Busse sweatshirt - but again, not seen unless it's warmer than I anticipate.

Who knows. Maybe some illiterate knifedealer has a whole set of SH's waiting for just $50 a piece.

Uhhhh, Best Western Resort and Casino or something like that. It's on Rt 20.

Alas, I have found I will NOT be going. My wee little one is in Hasbro Children's Hospital being tested for Spinal Meningitis. Grrrr. Likelihood is nil, but the consequences of NOT getting tested and him having it are pretty dire. So I'll be at home takin care of the rest of the team until Sat Nite when we find out the results.

Marlboro tends to be a good show. Probably same number of gun vendors as the Springfield shows without the extra crap. If anyone finds a steal-of-a-Busse, it's mine. I call dibs from the hospital!

Ammo prices nuts there too, or some good deals yet to be had???

Hope the tyke is ok man...

Sorry to hear about your little one... hope everything turns out ok!

And, I know where that place is... I might just go.
Oh... If I see a second one... you can have dibs on that one. :D

Thanks, guys. I'm not sweating it yet. Maybe b/c I've a bit older and wiser and there isn't a thing I can do to influence anything by worrying yet. My biggest concern is my wife and son stuck in a hospital for 48 hours. I don't know what the Meningitis protocols are. Not even sure if the rest of us can swing in and visit tomorrow after school.

Ammo prices usually stink at Marlboro. I think the only thing I ever got was some XM193 back right before it skyrocketed. It was a fair price ($89/500, maybe) back then and now I wish I had gotten 5 cases. Cost is 3x that now. Stupid wars!

Getting fitted for my wedding Tux, then heading to wester Ma. Sorry. I'll miss yea.

Going to the Easter Sports Show in Feb?

I might go. I've been to a few there, and sometimes it seems a bit like a yard sale with too high prices. It can be an opportunity to handle a few nice knives, though, or buy some cheap ammo cans or something. I bought a cool knife there a couple of years ago made by http://olddominionforge.com/knives.html whose work I've never seen mentioned on The Forum. Many years ago I bought a Sebenza, there, I think, when they were still somewhat custom. Bought a Microtech Vector auto there once, as well. Some years are better than others. Don't remember ever seeing a Busse there, but I didn't know anything about them at the time. Still, I reckon I would have noticed!
