Any chance Hideaway = Pushdagger?

How exact is the legal definition of a push-dagger? Any chance one of the Hideaway knives from Frontsight could be "interpreted" as a push-dagger? My apologies if this has come up before, I searched for hideaway and didn't get what I was looking for. Any guidance in this matter would be appreciated.

It will depend on how vaguely the laws are worded. If I was writing a law specifying anything about a push dagger, I would think its defining characteristic is a neck that is held between the fingers. The Hideaway does not have that, but one never knows when it comes to lawmakers and their ignorance.
