Anyone know of any cool looking, functional(relatively high quality) folding knives for under $100 NOT FROM A MAJOR BRAND - such as cs, spyderco, bm, etc.

That's a very long list, why don't you narrow it down for us and we can go from there. It's kind of like asking if anyone makes a good car under $75k that's not from a major company.
