Any custom knife shops in Denver / Boulder or Louisiana?

Hi Guys:

I'll be hitting the road in a few days. Wondering if there's any slick knife shops that I should visit in the following areas:

Boulder / Denver area?

Louisiana (going to the guild show) plus I'll be up in Shreveport, and down in the Lafayette area.

Sioux Falls, SD

Any tips would be appreciated.

I hope you'll be stopping by to Spyderco's Factory Outlet store in Golden Colorado....Charlie's got all kinds of good stuff there.

That is a must. Golden is not far from Denver. I was in that area about 5 months ago or so. Great area!
