Recommendation? Any custom makers specialize in doing just scales / handles?

I'd like to have some stag scales made and fitted to my large Victorinox Outrider Swiss Army knife. I'd be ok with them being glued with epoxy but if there was some way to do traditional exposed pins that would be cool. I could do the former method by myself but my personal time is just stretched too thin right now. I'd be ok with forgoing the tweezer and toothpick slots.
