Any difference at all between S90v and CTS-20CP?

I've been using this chart I found on a Creely Blades Kickstarter for a while, and it just occurred to me that it could be wrong. It shows that these two steels are identical, and I'd love someone else's opinion on it as all I've been able to find is that they're the exact same thing.

Their composition is almost the same. 20CP actually has slightly more vanadium and a bit less chromium than S90V. Hard to say if one could notice any substantial difference in performance between the two, at least on the basis of the alloy differences. Personally, I think they’d perform indistinguishably unless heat treated differently, of course.
