Yes , I do! He shows up at Rondys like Ft Frederick here in the east.
I bought my throwing knife from him at Ft. Frederick several years ago.
His stuff is hand forged and top quality, he appears to be an honest dealer and he guarantees his stuff for life. His life of course.
It depends on what you want. His throwing knives were relatively inexpensive( $30) , in fact they were a bargain for the quality. His hawks were out of my price range, at least the ones I can remember@ $200. He is definitely not a fly-by-night snake oil salesman. That is for sure.
 
I met him and his wife at a show just recently, and I think these are a couple of the nicest people you'll ever meet! While I cannot speak for their product, I can say that I wouldn't hesitate to buy a hawk from them.
