Any experience with BlackHawk mag pouches & multitools?

I am looking to buy their flashlight&magazine combo pouch to carry my Surefire 6P & LM Wave in. Does anyone have any experience with the BH mag pouches to carry multitools in? I read that BH products are top notch, but can you give me any comments from personal experience? Thanks,

FWIW, I've had OK experiences with the few pieces of Blackhawk Industries stuff that I have. But there have been some rumors/comments as of late that their quality has gone significantly down; that they now have at least some of their gear made overseas in Korea.

See this thread for example comments from people not so happy with their Blackhawk gear...
