Any experience with Ceramic Thumb or Lapel Knives

Looking for a discussion on brands and models of ceramics. How do they hold up? Are they mostly one and done tools? Where are you sourcing the thumb, sleeve, and lapel knives?
 
Ceramic blades hold an edge exceptionally well, but traditionally lack toughness. Not sure what they are using today for the daggers.
