I have a very lightly pitted knife I was thinking about sending in, but was wondering about turnaround time and approximate cost. Wondering if anyone had any experience or very general words of wisdom before I called and wasted their time in Orlando?

I've sent in two, ten years apart, the last was five years ago. If I recall correctly, from what I've recently read, turn around time has gone from four to six weeks, and cost has risen from $35 to $50 (plus insured return shipping cost to you, ~$15, in addition to your cost of shipping to RMK) - hope that helps.
