Any experience with Swagman roll

Hello,
is there anyone that has some experience with Swagman roll? Or any similar product? I couldn't find any really good reviews. There are especially no valuable information on waterproofness and practical use as a sleeping bag. I am not imagining that it will not leak during tropical rain, but wearing US GI poncho over it everytime would be kinda bad when it comes to product of this price
