Any Georgia (Metro-Atlata) Frame-lock Makers?

I'd like to work with a local Knifemaker on a frame-lock design. Are there any out there that would be willing to do this sort of thing? If not, I may go outside the area but I'd prefer the face to face collaboration/relationship.
