Hello, I have been carrying another popular brand of knives for over 15 years but recently (over the past 18 months have found Emersons to my liking and a great change). I find them to be well made, I love the grinds, and the few that I have are silky smooth. I really like the smaller versions, blades, 3.4 inches to 3.6 inches and was thinking of picking up a mini-Roadhouse. Any good/bad input would be very much appreciated as I am close to pulling the trigger but have never handled one and am just not sure. I have a 15, mini-15, mini-commander, and used to own a custom mini-15, so this might be a great next choice.
I really appreciate everyone's time and input and if some think that I should go in another direction I am eager to hear what and why. Thank you Blade Forum and take care.

I've owned a Mini Desert Roadhouse in the past and liked it a lot. It's big enough to handle a lot of tasks but small enough to be easily carried. The tanto tip is strong and the chisel edge can be made hair popping sharp like all other Emerson's. The ergos are typical Emerson and are very comfortable while cutting and secure even when the knife is wet. My hands are on the bigger side and while I generally prefer "Super" sized models I found the Mini RH to be an adequate size for my hand. I think you'll like it a lot and you won't be disappointed.

PS: I'd like to see a pic of your Mini-Super Commander, I didn't know they existed :)

The mini roadhouse is just a little to small in the grip for me, I had a beautiful Po'Boy one but couldn't keep it for that reason alone.

My mini-roadhouse is the perfect Emerson for, especially since having the blade reground. The handle ergos fit me perfectly, too, but my hands are on the smaller side.

Guess I'll add a pic:D

Late to the game, but I'm a huge fan of the mini Roadhouse. I've got girly hands and if fits perfectly. I had a standard Roadhouse for a short time and found that it was just bigger than I needed or wanted to carry. The mini is perfect!
