Any good quality budget Katana's?

A friend of mine is looking for a budget Katana ($150) for her grandson. Does anything exist at this price that is of decent quality?
And is available to purchase online.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The Musashi Bamboo Katana is decent for the price. I have used mine for quite a bit of cutting without trouble. They are under $100
 
I picked up a 5160 steel tactical katana a while back for around $160 and it seems very well made and sturdy.
