Any good tutorials on making framelock or lockback folders?

I'm only doing fixed blades right now but my favorite knives are framelocks and lockbacks.

Are there any good tutorials on making either of these? I would guess that some specialized equipment like a mini mill would be needed to do it well and be able to reproduce the same design repeatedly.
