Just finished this BK2 project a few days ago. Not thrilled about the factory sheath, although it works Okay.
I'm right handed, looking to carry this cross -draw on my left side. How can I modify the stock kydex sheath??????
I'm relatively new to this, and off to a great start with help from everyone here. Any input will be put to great use. Thanks in advance. MJ

Not sure about a sheath, but the blade looks freaking awesome.

This is how I wear my BK2 when I am out hiking. It hangs horizontally from my belt on my front left. My right hand draws very easily from this position and surprisingly it does not bounce around while walking.

A large tek-Lok fits perfectly.

I'll second this. Although I'm not sure if the holes on the stock sheath will line up with the tek-lok to allow you to "cant" the sheath. Hit up 710, he makes a great adapter for the tek-loc, and may be able to rig something up. He made a kydex rig for my 16 with the tek-lok that was canted for cross draw and it is awesome!!! Check it out

As you may be able to tell the tek-lok is mounted to the "grid" adapter plate so it can attach to the belt at 90 degrees.

Awesome stuff!!! I'm looking into all options. Both the leather horizontal straps and the 90 degree option are what I'm looking for. I'm jumping on these mods within the next few hours. Working now to pay the bills, as much as I'd rather be working on the knife.
