Any idea what this could be?

My dad found a knife the other day, and he subsequently lost it, but wanted to know if I knew what it was. He said it ias about 3 1/2" closed, and has 2 blades plus a marlinspike. I was thinking Camillus, but I thought they had only one blade. It could be some piece of crap, so positive ID may not be possible, especially because he has to find it again for me to be sure. Thanks if anyone has an idea.

There are lots of rigging knives like that, good and bad, the so called British army knife is one example, all stainless steel, non-locking spike, sheepfoot blade and can opener, there are similar knives with a shackle key blade, some common brands: Wichard, Davis, Currey, Ibberson ...
