Any idea what this is called? Used for butchering Tuna...

I've seen Youtube videos of sushi chefs using this style blade to do butchering of large tuna, curious as to whether there's a name or if it's just homemade...

Spanish, Portuguese, Italians and maybe southern parts of France use similar knives for butchering large fish too. I have one I bought in Madrid a few years ago.
 
Don't know the name but it's used in Taiwan to break down fish. Not even sure if it's used in China.
Real sushi chefs use Deba knives to break down fish.
