A google search turned up Smkw.com and a few others whom stock their survival knives. Although I did not find any kitchen knifes from them you may be able to contact them and arrange to get one fairy easily.

Frosts/Mora don't import all of their knives, so you may have to buy directly from Sweden if you find something you can't live without. We did a group buy a few years back to deal with the high shipping charges.

Only suggestion is for you to contact someone like Ragnar and ask him if he can special order that for you.

Their culinary knives are a whole separate distribution channel, and aren't available combined with their work/outdoor lines so that's why you don't find them in the 'States.
