I've searched high and low for this blade blank. Anyone seen one? Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately you won't find it because that was once a knife with a much longer blade. That has been ground down over the years to be used for either butchering or filleting fish. I worked in the seafood industry for about 16yrs as a kid till my 30s and when I started filleting and boning fish all the old-timers had knives with blades exactly like this they would let me use as I had nothing when I started. When I started to get enough money together to start buying my own knife's to use i also thought I could buy one until I couldn't and was told how they end up like that. They were worth their weight in gold. I was lucky enough I was gifted a few over the years when the old timers decided to retire which are still at my parents house.

They start off like this with a longer blade usually.20241207_073211.jpg

Looks like this one. Goes by the brand "Woodriver", found on Walmart, Amazon, ect. Maybe under other brand names as well. It looks generic.
