any ideas on this Khukuri

My uneducated opinion is that it's a good find at that price, and if the seller had put "kukri" in the description, there would have been more bidders than you and a higher final price.

I don't know about other browsers, but with the browser I use (Google Chrome), I look at the enlarged photo and then right click on the photo page to "View Page Source" and then find the photo URL link in the coding.

I picked this old Khukuri up off eBay looks pretty worn out any ideas about when or where it was made?
If you had served in World War One (as that nice old military kukri likely did) you would look pretty worn out too.;)

If you turn it upside down, as the kami would have when he punched in the Buddhist stupa style "cho", the half moons become D.D - quite likely Dehra Dun.
