Any info on a Ron Miller Knifemaker's Guild 25th Aniversary Damascus Butterfly?

I have a butterfly knife with the Logo of Miller Largo FL on one side and Knifemaker's Guild 25th Aniversary on the other side.
This knife is damascus and has a tanto sytle tip with a black aluminum handle.
I am looking for help with the history & value of this knife.
