Any info on this knife? Turkish?

I have this knife and I have no idea what it is or where it's from. I'm thinking maybe it is turkish. The sheath is wood with brass hardware. The blade looks hand forged with some bad defects. Handle might be horn? No markings anywhere. Anyone have any insight?

Thanks. Wish I could remember where I got it, lol. Looking at some other examples of Filipino knives, that seems like it might be right. Especially considering the quality of the forging.

It is Filipino. I'd class it as a "Visayan bolo" from the pics. Handle does look like buffalo horn.
