Any info on this knife?

I'm thinking it's a military TL-29 or a copy of one. The originally had a second blade that was a screwdriver, otherwise this looks exactly like a TL-29 to me. Perhaps the other blade was removed sometime in the past.

That could be possible - it almost looks like the pivot pin has been taken out and replaced by someone by hand, just the way that it sticks out. I'm holding my TL-29 up to the picture now and everything is lining up - the nail nick is in the same place, blade length looks to me to be similar, and the pins are all right where they are on my knife. The handle even swells on the back of the knife at the same upwards angle as on mine.

It's not a TL-29, per se. The top view shows there is only one blade.
Some one may have started with a TL-29 and modified it, removing a blade and adding new covers. Modification would account for the funky pivot pin.

I agree that the knife has been repinned. It's not uncommon for parts knives to be missing stamps on one or more blades. Sometimes the old stamps are removed. Sometimes the tangs are cold stamped.

People often ask the age of parts knives but if a knife is modified or made from parts then the only relevant age is the age of the modification. The individual parts may have been originally made during different years, decades or sometimes even centuries. But the knife is no longer original after modification.

Thanks for all the info, there are no stamps on it - regardless of it's history i like the knife - it's light in the pocket and has a back spring on it. If anyone else has any ideas i'd love to hear them. Thanks again!
