any info this schrade knife?

im thinking this is maybe a reproduction or something of that sort...I liked it so I bought it..don't have much in it..so I will be happy either way



 
Lots of disscussion on the matter of the origin of that knife. For years now. So far, I think it's purely a matter of opinion since I have not seen proof positive evidence either way. I provided a link to just one of the recent disscussions about it. I'm leaning toward post 2004, made by Camillus (possibly Bear) for Taylor LLC. I base my opinion, in part, on previously owning a knife exactly like that one in every way, except for the '100 Year' part of the blade etch. That part of the blade etch appears (to me) to have been added to the knife that I bought one time in 2006 which had Taylor LLC in fine print on the inside of the plastic tube liner that the knife was marketed in. Not too bad of a knife, but not a Schrade collector piece, IMHO. Watch for a different opinion coming shortly..........:)
