Any Interest?

I am seriously considering making my own version of this, 11 1/2" overall, 6 1/2" blade, 1" wide, and 5/32" thick. Would there be interest in one of these?

I'm a lover, not a fighter, ;) though it would be cool to have one in the collection.
I'm thinking Ebony or Ironwood for scales.

It's a neat design - a dagger for sure.

best

I like it. I know this is far off thinking, I would like to see a few other older Ek patterns resurrected and re-interpreted.

I`ve got the first edition of The Gun Digest Book Of Knives, from the mid 1970`s, and it has several pages on the old Ek knives.

Sounds like a good idea. A definite deviation from your normal creations, but I think the old Ek knives are popular enough that there will be some interest in your take on them.

The torched oak of Outdoorsfan's sounds good, and I think that I now like the exposed pommel. Will you be pouring lead rivets? That old school sheath is also to my liking. How about an edge and a quarter. I could send a deposit

They will have the exposed pommel, but I will be using brass pins. Sheath will be similar, kind of like the one I did for your Improved, Improved Bowie.

Nice. I also like the 5th Special Forces knife from the Vietnam war, with cross guard.
