I'm interested in purchasing a BM Activator but there are no dealers within 100 miles of me. I'm concerned about the size of the handle. While my hands aren't particularly wide, from the crease of my wrist to the end of my middle finger measures 81/2 inches.
I wondered if I might be better served purchasing a fixed-blade knife kit with a blade under 3". This would be my first attempt at putting together a kit, so my workshop skills would be starting from ground zero.
Any recommendations on a kit?
