Any knife retailers in the Las Vegas area?

I'm heading out to Vegas for the holiday and I was wondering if there's any knife stores I can check out. There's not really any large retailers in my area except one in the mall--but everything in their store is MSRP and even higher.

It'd be nice to handle a knife before I purchase it.

I've been to Bond's House of Cutlery there. They have a pretty good selection, quite a few nice knives and quite a few junk knives. Prices are list, though.
