Anyone know of any knife shops near or around RT 23 North in Michigan?

I'll be travelling from the Toledo, Ohio area up 23 through Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, Flint, Flushing, Saginaw, Bay City, and along the Saginaw Bay to the Tawas area.

It'd be nice to stop in to a knife shop along the way to break up the drive. Any one know of any places worth checking out in this area?
