I came upon a small place a short while back early on a Sunday morning, but it was closed, so all I could do is drive by and wonder.

Woods Custom Knives. It's on Andersonville Rd. in Clarkston. I looked up the number: (248) 623-3253, so drop them a line.

I haven't called or been there yet, so I'm not sure what they have in stock, but based on what's normally available in SE Michigan, it's got to be a far cry better than another military surplus store. If one of you guys get ahold of someone there, let us know what your impressions are. Might be a good place for a "meet and greet".
