Any Leads on David Darom's World of Art Knives Vol 2?

Vol 1 found, still looking for Vol 2!

Looks like I'm suffering the same issue that others have. I have a complete set of the Darom books but can't find Vol 1 and Vol 2. It's not for a lack of trying either! Any help is appreciated if you just happen to have one you want to part with. :)
