I am in Metairie Louisiana, and was wondering if there were any knife makers in my area. I realy am looking for somone local that I could ask questions about knife making techniques. I would love to watch somone who knows what they are doing. If anyone is around me and dosn't mind helping me out a little please let me know. Thanks.
