I never see this knife mentioned. Last couple years I've been pairing this with a larger knife when I go camping and I'm always reaching for it. I use a thin kydex sheath and just keep it my pocket. Love this guy.

Ps: is anyone able to post pictures via tapatalk?

I have a leaf blade enuff that I really like but 2 things keep me grabbing other knives when I have a need for a small fixed blade.
1) the sheath. I see you remedied this with a kydex sheath but I do not like the factory injection molded sheath at all.
2) the handle scales. I've never been a big fan of FRN and I would prefer them to be just a tad thicker to fill the hand a bit more.

I have had intentions to remedy both of these things by making a leather sheath and micarta scales but I haven't yet had the chance. Without a doubt the blade has great potential. I'm sure I would use it much more if I could get my ideas/mods done.

Yea I agree, I would really like some g10 or micarta scales. The texture on these frn scales do provide great grip though.
