Any makers making chefs knives? Magnacut

Hello,

My wife and I are wanting to find a maker that either already has some inventory made or is taking orders to make a chefs knife. Im tired of poor quality stainless chefs knives and would like to have one made.

Looking for magnacut, walnut or other nice wood handle, 63 hrc roughly. Can discuss measurements once I get home and measure her current knife.

Does anyone have any recommendations of who to talk to?

Get AEB L instead of magnacut. Plenty stainless and much better for holding an edge.

Magancut will hold an edge far better than AEB-L. I will say nice hard AEB-L does very well in the kitchen bit magnacut still wins
