Any Makers near Wien, Österreich

Judy and I are spending Christmas and New Yeras in Vienna this year.
It will be the two of us plus her step-mom and another lady or two. By day three I may need a testosterone patch to avoid estrogen poisoning.
I was wondering if there are any makers near Wien that would help me avoid this fate and let me buy them ein Bier oder einen guten Scotch? I have heard there are plenty of great pubs/bars there! Maybe Bokthorn Irish Pub.

I don't know him personally we've just had some communication on Instagram, but he is a well-known and desired kitchenknife maker
