I thought it was "I'm a Friend of Bill."
My babiest brother, 46 years old, is a friend of Bill. 4 years in September. He goes to a place called "God's Garage" and it supposedly has one of the largest attendences in the San Diego area - Pacific Beach, anyhows....
I'm very proud of him, and he makes a point of greeting and talking to all new attendees instead of just hanging around the old-timers. He is doing some good work with the new folks who need some support. We (his family) refer to it as "Rob's Ministry." But it has turned his life around and he has focus and a mission and goal.
I am so proud of him. Last month he moved into his very own apartment. He has never lived alone as an adult. Married, divorced and room-mating with my other baby brother (47 y/o) and another hot single guy - one who makes me wish I was 30 years younger and hot enough to make him happy. Sigh.
Best of luck to any Friend of Bill's. It works if you work it.

I'm a friend of them. My last drink was Thanksgiving Day 2007. I still usually go to 2 meetings per week.
