Any MTs with Carbide Hacksaw-type blade?

I'm actually asking for a buddy... This came up yesterday and I didn't know of any...

I've already suggested just buying a simple blade and attaching it like a fire steel and striker, or simply carrying it in the pouch.

But, now he has ME wondering...

Anybody know of one that has that kind of edge/blade?

I think the Gerber Pro-Scout has one as the stock blade in the saw coupler: Amazon Link.
