Hi Snody. I'm a fan first and foremost and I love your transparency and very unique designs. I have several a couple of your Benchmade designs but no real Snody knives. Is there any chance you will be doing a friction folder or Resistor production collab with any companies? I love my Snody HK Axis knife, and I would like to see more of your designs in some of the higher end variations along those lines (ie American made, good steel).

Any news you can spill on this front would make my day. A friction folder collab with Spyderco would be absolutely disgusting. Fluted Ti Scales, Double Grind, with a hand rubbed hollow grind primary bevel and a classic Snody milled out $ on the tang. I really prefer folders.

Thanks,
TM

Thanks for your interest in my work and thanks for taking time to post.
I am working with KA-BAR now and we have some really exciting designs in progress.
I love your idea of the $ milled in the tang of a Friction Folder. That sounds slick dude.
I will post updates here in the forum and if you need anything call me at 361 443 0161
Much Respect from Texas,

Really looking forward to seeing the KA-BAR collab. One of my favorite aspects to the knives I've seen coming from your shop is the ass kickin grinds on your blades!

I came across a metal version of mike's old micro hatchet
on the TAD site
http://www.tripleaughtdesign.com/Equipment/Knives/Joseph-Bowen-Micro-Hatchet-TAD-Edition

but some guy Bowen claims the design!!

but it is an old SNODY !!design
I can't post pictures but here is an example

http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php/953031-Snody-Micro-Hatchet

I wonder if he has permission or an agreement?

but the DESIGN is offcoarse SNODY-TASTIC !!!
(hope Mike knows?)

Joe worked for Mike, so might have been a collab...

Thanks for posting and thanks T for looking out for me.

Its all good.

Definately excited about the Ka-bar colab.
I've got a Blue Boss on the way and I'm anxious to get my hands on one of your knives Mike.
Is there a time frame on design and production with you and Ka-bar?
When do you expect us to see these on the streets?
