Been wondering if Sal and Co. have made a decision on how to proceed with the Bushcraft.

Im pretty sure its been out for a while now man

It was, but due to issues with the "stabilized" spalted maple used for the scales, they are no longer being sold. Sal is looking at taking a huge loss on these any way he goes.

I was thinking they'd move sooner rather than later, whatever the plan. Just speculation on my part.

I'd be happy to buy one of these - busted wood or not. It looks like a great camp knife.

So they can't be purchased right now? I wonder if the SFO will do a closeout or something. I'd be intersted too for a project

They are not being shipped, it's undecided what'll be done with existing stocks.

whoops :foot: Been hooked on fixed blades as of lately, guess I havnt been keepin up as well as I should.

i picked one of these up recently..:) it came from another fellow forum member, who by chance ended up with 2.... :o

it is a really nice knife.. it is a bummer about the wood issue's.. mine is fine so far, no cracks, shrinking and/or swelling... the scales are a bit on the thicker side, but the they fill the hand very nicely.. i'll try and get some pics up soon...
