Any news on the Orbit?

Been 4 months since the deposit went down on the Hawk Panchenko Orbit collaboration for the cleaver style blade. Just wondering if anyone has heard anything or if they have been contacted to firm up there order's details. I believe they quoted 3 to 6 months until delivery I believe this is the second batch of these midtech's wouldn't mind hearing from owners of the first round how there liking these knives overall.
 
I know the Hawks have their hands full at the moment. They are about to take orders on the next run of deadlocks as production prototypes to be given the Millit mid-tech treatment. I'm interested in anyone's thoughts on the orbit too. I waited and got the Dauntless instead, but I am curious about the orbit.
 
Millit just posted on Instagram that the Orbit blades will be back from heat treat next week. Apparently Millit was severely backed up with heat treat through December.
 
IIRC my orbit from the first batch was delayed a little while as well. I love the knife, it is unlike anything else I’ve handled. Somewhat small, but very unique and extremely high quality.
 
Received mine about three weeks ago, super action and a unique blade shape. Although the 9 plus month wait kind of sucks.
