Any news ...

Haebbie Armand is home now and the Doctors have ruled out a stroke..They think he has Bell's Palsy that is causing the left side of his face to droop. It might be 6 months before he recovers. Not great news but considering a stroke is as bad as it gets good news.

Well this sucks. Thanks for the update Clint. I'm happy to hear it's not as bad as it could of been but sad to hear this is what it is.

@ItsTooEarly I hope you get better soon. We're all pulling for you.

A former employer of mine got hit by Bell's Palsy.
We thought she was having a stroke, so I took her to the hospital. (Volvo 940 Turbo station wagon) I got pulled over by the Sheriff. 150mph in a 50 zone.
Sheriff would not or could not give us an escort to the hospital. No ticket.
When Sheriff asked why we didn't call an ambulance, I told the truth. "It would have taken the ambulance at least an hour to get to where we live. I can get her to the hospital in 15 minutes." (actually took 18 minutes because we were stopped.)
We were releaved it was not a stroke.
