Any of you get marks from denim jean rivets on your knife handle?

I have a BM 940 and 943 and the dang rivet at the back of my pocket always leaves silver marks on the aluminum handles of those two knives. I don't care about G10 or titanium because it doesn't seem to stay on those. The marks wear away after a while. However on the aluminum BM handles the marks just don't go away. Any of you experience this and anyone know how to get it off?

In the grand scheme of things this really makes no difference to me as all my knives are users. I don't have many jeans with rivets however and this is just a little thing that drives me nutty.

This happened to me on my 940 as well. Those rivets like the aluminum handles

Got the black aluminium scale on my damascus leek scratched up with copper marks from the rivets on my jeans. Was kind of annoying so I decided not to clip it any more but keep it deep in the right front pocket instead.

Happened worth my 940 as well. I couldn't get it off without taking off the finish.

I carry my knives in my pocket so I don't have that problem.

I get inexpensive Target jeans and use side cutters to pop the heads off the rivets then the back pulls out... I like wear on my Ti just not all in one spot!

I had that with my BM 520. I do not carry it too often for it to be on a heavy side.

Same thing used to happen to me but I started wearing heavy duty work pants (for more knife pockets of course) instead of jeans. I would try a magic eraser, I gets off pretty much anything.

I have more of a problem with my keys and stuff wearing the finish than I do with rivets.

Yes I do, I have a copper patina on my LG Sebenza, Umnumzaan, ZT 0560s, and other Titanium knives. No biggie.

I don't wear jeans typically. I wear Dickies cargo work pants and khaki cargo shorts.
I've never noticed any marks from mine though.

Same here. I only carry a ZT0301. The ti has copper marks, doesn't change how the knife performs.

I always carry my knives in left front pocket even though I'm right handed. So no marks or scratches for me

Do you mean it is towards the front of your left pocket? My front left pocket has rivets just like my right one.
