Any of you have a Bender?

Just wondering if any of you have a Boker Bender...

If so, how well does the cord hold the scales on? If the scales werent removable, I would have bought this knife long ago. Just not quite sure I want to dump a hundred bucks on such a small knife with the potential of not performing well. I can't find any decent reviews for it but I do like the way it looks.

The scales have a pretty good, tight fit to the handle! There is no risk losing the scales. They don't rattle around or something.
And, if you do not want to have it removeable, make a knot into the 550 cord at the end of the handle and put a drop of super glue to it.
but, when you'll hold it in your hands, you'll notice, that the concept is very good and functional...
