Any old Benchmade fans here?

I have this old Benchmade folder, but I can't put a model number or a date to it.



I remember seeing them every now and then, but that's about it. (I should sneak on down to the BM factory to get it tuned up.)

My BM 800S. Had a custom ti clip put on for tip up carry. Great knife!

I have the same knife (but a bit worn down), great design Unfortunately blade detent is so weak I would be afraid to carry it tip-up.

Agreed. Point well taken. BUT it does come out fast with a quick wrist flip. Haven't had a problem yet. Just prefer tip up

I still have the 814, 905, 9050, 9130, 9530, 350, and the 2nd gen 42 (440C).
I'm really into old school Benchmade.

I have a 401 or 405 (depending on who you ask) Panther with a Walker-lock, their first commercial folder. It seems like there was Panther, Leopard, etc.

Or maybe that's my Mac......
