Is it just me, or does that sheath look like it could not possibly hold that blade?
Bladite has the actual BK8. The thing you see there is not a BK8 but the end result of something else related to that, and that picture is the one Guyon has that was given to him by Toooj.
According to Phil Gibbs, there's no such thing as a BK-8. There are some protos that were submitted to be the BK-8, but they didn't exactly get rave reviews. I touched the bare metal on the spine of Bladite's and watched the vein in his temple bulge. Also, Phil is the one who gave me his more functional version of the Helicopter Egress.
snort. my veins did not bulge. you have no idea how many people have handled that knife with dirty greasy fingers, bleah bleah bleahi wouldn't mind having another one like it though, without the spine... it's not a bad pattern, thin, slicey.
now, Phil, he just laughs at iti might have wiped it off after HE handled it
i think he was licking it or something...
i do like the grass hook he ended up making. very cute![]()
Oh dear Bladite.
It is what I did Under The Handles when I built them that should worry you!
Look on the bright side; you have my DNA sample as provenance!![]()
oh, i also strip the handles off an inspect, learned that lesson from Blackjacks on. some are signed, have marks, numbers (#29!), and other nonsense. not sure about that wedding ring i found though on one flea market findguess she didn't like her proposition and didn't look ;>
I thought a helicopter was an egress tool.![]()
noice knife bruce!
