Hard to find anything about it on here. I was wondering how well it holds up, and how well it may resist rust. I'm kind of stuck between the Charge Alx in black and the Charge Tti. The only differences I see are in the plain-edge blades and the scales overall. Both are made of stainless steel. Although, it does look as if the tension on the Alx can be adjusted if need be, where as the Tti would require a special torx. All in all, I don't see what point titantium scales could serve any
way. -_- I hate choosing...it's a pain.

IMHO the TTI is just pocket jewelry. The only practical advantage it has is the S30V over 154CM blade, which is a hardly noticeable difference. I'd take the AL before the ALX though, I like the tools it has better.

I do not like the Charge Alx because of the crimper plier head. I would just stick with the Wave. It has all of the same tools and is a bit slimmer. The blade steel is fine too for what it is.

I have the Charge AL. Since you mentioned the fasteners it may be worth noting that the bit required to tighten or loosen the TTi and Wave are more easily available than the wrench needed for the AL or even the Kick and other similar variants that use the same fasteners. My only complaint with the Charge AL is that the file scrubs the inner scale when closing it. A quick search show that it isn't uncommon for the model I have. Since I carry a dedicated folder for knife use I never use the main blade of my multitools so the higher end blade steel means nothing to me. I would have rather saved a few bucks and bought the slimmer wave. In pocket and in hand, the Charge feels to bulky for it's slim pliers which is what I use the most.
