Any opinions on which of these knives are better made?

I am looking at the Fallkniven mod P and the William Henry evolution S05.

Both are vg10 blades & liner locks, which has better fit & finish, and lockup?

The one thing that I will say about the Mod P is that is does NOT have a pocket clip, but it comes with a belt sheath.

The only thing that really turns me off on a knife is a belt sheath. I have a couple that I never carry.
 
I would bet you $1 that they are made in the same factory, probably from identical material stock and by the same workers.

Both companies have a history in producting good products so I don't think you'd have a problem with either..
 
i have a evolution s05 and it's a good knife, fit and finish are excellent, sharp out of the box, smooth action, and good lock up, the clip case however is crappy,
 
The SO5 that Manji has was mine and all I can say about it is that it's an excellent knife. Looks good, really sharp, and opening/closing action is nice.
