Any other companies making Blind horse style knives ?

I know LT and DAN are still making knives . I'm not asking because Blind Horse closed .

I had always bough most of my knives from bigger companies who I'd say "mass" produced them . Then a while back I picked up a Blind Horse knife . I really like it and part of what I like is that it has a look and feel more of a hand made "one of" knife (even thought they made many of each model) than a production knife .

So I'm wondering if there are more small companies who make knives that are in continues production but are more like hand made knives like Blind Horse .

Anyone know of any ? Own any ? Heard of any ?

Sugar Creek is a company you might want to check out if they're still in business. Here's a BF thread about them: http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php/1116541-Suger-Creek-Knifeworks. I've never handled one of their knives but I have had BHKs and Sugar Creek's products do seem to bear a resemblance to some BHK offerings.

And I'll also vouch for BRKT. I have several of their FBs and carry them regularly. They are indeed first-rate.

Thanks for the input so far . I knew about Bark River and although I don't own any (yet) I understand that they're good knives . The Sugar Creek knives look good too , but there's not much about them on the net .

Guess that's good news for Dan and LT ;)

Sugar creek has not produced any in awhile, he moved and got a new job, has not had time to get back making them.

I know it may be awhile, but I would check out LT or Dan's new stuff once they get moving. In the meantime, I have been impressed by Dogwood knives lately, too.
